Book Keeper Accounting

We are seeking a self-motivated, high attention to detail firm administrator to help with web development project tracking, daily time recording of employees, HR duties, accounting: invoicing, collections, accounts payable & receivables. You will work closely with CEO, Project Managers and CPA Firm.

Primary responsibilities and requirements:

  • Track projects based on proposal to make sure they are on time and budget.
  • Manage employees daily time submission into time tracker software and enter / sync hours into QuickBooks for invoices.
  • Manage HR portal for employees. This includes Paid Time Off tracking (PTO), Employees Manuals, Health Care Documents, 401k Documents, Payroll, etc.
  • Payroll: work with CPA / Business Management firm to process payroll hours collected on the 15th and 30th of the month.
  • Must be proficient Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have strong skill set in QuickBooks online for AP / AR duties and work with CPA / Business management firm monthly.
