Neyum Technologies Pakistan is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of QuickBooks, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking.
  • Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience (Pakistan-based applicants only).
  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (online and/or desktop).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, ledgers, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
