Job Title: Bookkeeper (Proficient with AI)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts.
• Generate accurate financial reports and statements.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with AI tools and technology to improve bookkeeping efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:
