Bookkeeper

Looking for an individual to perform general bookkeeping including day to day inputs of sales receipts, A/R and A/P. Looking for someone who can manage their time with flexible hours, remain organized, be detail oriented and have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. All work is to be completed on-site (no remote access) and support is always on-hand. Must be proficient with 2024 QuickBooks Desktop. Pay scale to commensurate with experience.

Bookkeeping Qualifications

• Proficient in QuickBooks 2024 and current Microsoft Office applications
• Independent contractor preferred
• 5 years of prior bookkeeping experience
• Understanding accounting principles
• Attention to details
• Confidentiality

Company Description

We are a family-owned business who have been serving our community for 90+ years and are currently in our 4th generation. Our primary business is upfitting light to medium duty trucks with prefabricated bodies, equipment, and accessories.

Company Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
