Bookkeeper / Accountant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our growing accounting firm. This is a mid-to-senior level position for a professional who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and work independently without constant supervision.

We value individuals who take ownership of their work, maintain high standards of accuracy, and communicate professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Payroll processing (as applicable)
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Maintaining organized and accurate financial records
  • Direct communication with clients regarding account needs
  • Assisting with year-end preparation and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
