Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation office functions. Candidate will also assist owners concerning personal-business and household duties. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, precision, and a proactive attitude to manage financial records, support accounting processes, and assist with daily administrative tasks. This is an in-home office which provides a relaxed, but yet professional environment. There is a possibility this temporary position, may expand to a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10-2:30.

Duties

  • Manage receipts and transactional documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks ONLINE and DoorLoop.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Reconcile accounts through detailed review of debits & credits.
  • Support administrative functions including data entry (10 key typing), filing, organizing documents and office materials.
  • Run errands, organize and light cleaning of office and residence areas, as requested.
  • Maintain a high-level of confidentiality concerning all business and personal related matters.

Qualifications

  • High-level of proficiency with QuickBooks ONLINE is a must.
  • Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for preparing financial reports and collaborating with CPA.
  • Basic proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy.

Job Types: Temporary, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $23.19 - $27.93 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
