We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks and our in house software for invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally (using Google Workspace) and physically for easy retrieval of documents
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating client records and financial data
- Proofread documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure clarity and correctness
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism
