Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks and our in house software for invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle front desk responsibilities such as managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally (using Google Workspace) and physically for easy retrieval of documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating client records and financial data
  • Proofread documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure clarity and correctness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical responsibilities
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
