Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Overview

I am seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our office by managing the financial records for a few related enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Quicken and QuickBooks, including the reconciliation of various accounts and bank reconciliations
  • Retention of records with the scanning of supporting documentation and downloading statements and other documents and storing all these in our electronic storage system
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies
  • Support personal assistant duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and record keeping
  • Previous experience with oil and gas accounting is advantageous but not required

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
