Bookkeeper (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, a solid understanding of basic tax concepts, and familiarity with setting up new corporations. Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions, including income and expenses, and post them to appropriate accounts
• Process payments and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Conduct daily banking activities and reconcile bank statements
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update general ledger entries
• Prepare and generate financial reports
• Reconcile internal records with third-party documents
• Pay vendors in a timely manner
• Record deposits and track all cash receipts
• Calculate commissions as needed
• Assist with basic tax-related tasks and documentation
• Support the setup and formation of new corporations and business entities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online (required)
• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of taxes and business entity formation (corporations, LLCs, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)

• Monday to Friday
