Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? VPC, Inc., an established and growing company in Reisterstown, MD, is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager / HR Manager to lead our administrative operations and support our team.

This is a key, full-time position combining financial management, HR coordination, and office administration. You'll work directly with leadership and staff to ensure accuracy in our books, efficiency in our operations, and care in our people management.

What You’ll Do:

Bookkeeping

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly closings
  • Coordinate with CPA for taxes, audits, and year-end reporting

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and office supply inventory
  • Implement and improve administrative procedures and systems

Human Resources

  • Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and recordkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
  • Work with staff and owners to resolve any HR issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting (5+ years preferred)
  • Expertise with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Strong HR and office management experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
