A Boom Loader Operator safely maneuvers heavy machinery with a boom arm to load, unload, lift, and transport materials (like sand, gravel, debris) on construction or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the boom loader safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as required by the site.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of the equipment.
• Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow site safety regulations and instructions from supervisors.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid heavy equipment driving license.
• Good understanding of site safety rules and HSE procedures

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating a boom loader
• Proven ability to handle lifting, loading, and unloading operations safely
• Knowledge of daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance
• Ability to follow site instructions and work under supervision

Preferred Requirements

• Certified operator training for boom loader
• Successful completion of a practical operation / road test
• Experience working on construction or industrial sites
• Basic communication skills (English or Arabic)
