KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Maximise turnover and profitability development of the boutique.
- Sales generated inside the boutique.
- Sales generated outside the boutique (presentations made in palaces and to VIP clients).
- Discount management: Control of discounts and overall expenses in the boutique.
- Performance analysis, KPI development, and SWOT analysis of the boutique.
Team Management & Leadership :
- Set KPIs and targets for the team.
- Personal development and talent management.
- Motivation of the team.
- Monitoring and appraisal of team performance.
- Integration and training of new Sales Associates.
- Support the Retail Director in recruiting new team members.
Operations and Administration :
- Main contact for all boutique-related requests.
- Adherence to Richemont and Montblanc Retail Procedures.
- Optimise stock management (replenishment, rotation, inventory).
- Timely execution and delivery of boutique reports.
- Maintain the boutique environment.
- Implement security measures.
- Execute promotions and incentives at the boutique level.
The Boutique Manager collaborates with the Retail Director to:
- Define objectives for the boutique.
- Support and implement marketing activities.
- Develop merchandising concepts.
In coordination with the Visibility Manager:
- Ensure excellence at POS and quality of displays.
- Adhere to display and product guidelines.
In coordination with the Sales Trainer:
- Coach the boutique team.
- Monitor team self-learning progress.
