TITLE: Box Maker

SHIFT: Day Shift Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

LOCATION: Baton Rouge, LA

Summary of Position:

The Box Maker is responsible for running the box making and gluer machine which makes boxes though out the day. Supplemental duties will be picking and packing warehouse items and fulfilling orders with other printed and finished products. Candidate must work well in a very fast paced, deadline oriented environment; have basic command of numbers, specifically measuremetns and sizes; be detail oriented. He must be able to quickly identify problems and seek solutions and must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment.

Training:

Training will be provided on the job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently setting up the box maker machine with the proper measurements and configuration.
• Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders containing warehoused and/or printed items for customers according to our standards
• Keep all product and workspaces meticulously neat and organized
• Hands-on experience. You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes ranging up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
