Hahn Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company in the Verde Valley. We do things right, we move with urgency, and we hold the standard on every job. We're expanding and need a Production Foreman who wants to run a real operation — and get paid like it.

What You'll Own

You are the field authority. Every crew member and sub on every job reports through you. You'll manage scheduling across 10–20 active jobs, direct sub crews, approve progress payments, conduct QC inspections, and make sure every job closes clean. Ownership doesn't want to hear about field problems — they want to hear that you handled it.

● Run daily scheduling across all active jobs

● Direct and hold sub crews accountable to scope, timeline, and quality

● Approve milestone payments only after verified completion

● Inspect every job before customer sign-off — punch list and close

● Enforce OSHA standards — zero exceptions

● Update AccuLynx daily. Document everything in writing.

What We're Looking For

● 5+ years of roofing field experience — installation and supervision

● You've managed sub crews. You've replaced subs who didn't perform.

● You can run 10+ active jobs simultaneously without dropping one

● OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)

● Valid driver's license — you go where the work is

● Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus

● Insurance restoration experience a plus

What You'll Earn

Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE

Production Bonus: Per-job, tied to on-time rate + QC score

Volume Incentive: Monthly bonus for hitting margin targets

OTE: $95,000 – $110,000

The ceiling on this role is tied to how many jobs you can run well. If you want $200K, come build it.

Where You'll Work

N. Scottsdale to the Verde Valley and in between (Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Anthem, Cave Creek, Scottsdale). We are actively recruiting from Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the Verde Valley, if you're a driver personality, the commute won't stop you, and we're expanding into your backyard.
