Branch Administrator
Position Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber, disciplined professional to spearhead branch operations, financial reconciliations, and administrative functions. Acting as the primary liaison between the Branch and Head Office, the ideal candidate must possess the authoritative presence required for firm recovery follow-ups and strict operational control.
Candidates with a Military background or experience in Disciplined Services are highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities & Administrative Oversight

Financial & Recovery Management: Manage petty cash. Lead firm Recovery Follow-ups to ensure zero outstanding dues.

Operational Control: Monitor and all Open DNs (Delivery Notes). Oversee all general branch administration and facility management tasks.

Strategic Corporate Liaison: Assist the Head Office across all departmental matters. Act as the primary bridge for HR matters, communicating branch employee grievances, attendance, and disciplinary issues to the central team.

Reporting & Communication: Maintain professional correspondence in English with stakeholders and prepare detailed operational reports for senior management.
Professional Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in Administration, Operations, or Military Service.

Education: Bachelors degree (B.Com/BBA preferred).

Skills: Strong command of Written and Verbal English. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

Attributes: Exceptional follow-up skills, punctual, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
