Job Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and result-oriented Branch Coordinator with a background as a Commissioned Officer (Lieutenant / Captain) in the Pakistan Army. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and coordination skills to oversee branch activities, ensure process discipline, and drive performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and discipline
• Monitor branch performance and ensure targets and service standards are met

Team Supervision & Coordination

• Lead, supervise, and manage branch staff with a focus on accountability and efficiency
• Ensure clear communication and coordination between head office and branch
• Enforce discipline and maintain a professional work environment

Administrative & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle administrative matters and resolve operational issues proactively

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, operations, and challenges
• Identify gaps and implement corrective measures
• Coordinate with senior management for strategic alignment

Candidate Profile

• Retired or serving (retiring) Commissioned Officer from Pakistan Army (Minimum Rank: Lieutenant / Captain)
• Proven leadership, discipline, and team management skills
• Strong administrative and operational management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Criteria

• Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles post-army will be an advantage
• Candidates based in or near Lahore will be preferred
