Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Service Coordinator to join our Medical Equipment Service Team. The role involves coordinating service activities and ensuring timely technical support while maintaining effective communication between customers, service engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and manage general correspondence with principal companies.
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and service engineers.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and technical teams to support service operations.
- Prepare service-related reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination or technical support, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
