Job Description:

Enablers is looking for a motivated and responsible Branch In-Charge for our Faisalabad branch. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of branch operations, including administration, team management, finances, and batch handling.

The person will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, drive performance, and manage all aspects of the branch independently.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee complete branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.

•Manage trainers, batches, and scheduling of classes.

•Handle branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

•Supervise staff and maintain Enablers’ professional standards.

•Manage revenue generation and student inquiries.

•Coordinate with Head Office (Lahore) for updates and reporting.

•Ensure branch growth, targets, and performance goals are met.

•Execute third party projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

•Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

•Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in branch management, administration, or operations.

•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to manage people, finances, and daily operations independently.

•Preferably from the education, training, or service industry
