Job Description

We at Wisam Al Aaliah Co. (Wiso Café & Bakery) are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our café and bakery branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cafés, restaurants, or hotels, with excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff management, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and team spirit.
• Monitor sales performance, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategies and promotions.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management role within cafés, restaurants, or hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and customer service best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
