Branch Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager for our client
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and policy compliance
• Lead, train, and manage staff to meet performance and service goals
• Drive business growth through client relationship management and local outreach
• Monitor sales, manage budgets, and provide performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience (branch management or similar leadership role preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business management software

Location: Karachi

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 (Depending on experience)
