Key Responsibilities – Branch Manager

1. Clinic Operations & Service Flow
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic
- Oversee front desk, appointment flow, cleanliness, and patient experience
- Ensure treatment rooms, machines, and supplies are well-maintained and ready
2. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and supervise the team including aestheticians, doctors, and front desk staff
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Support staff with training, development, and motivation
3. Client Experience & Satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of client care, from consultation to post-treatment
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and empathetically
- Ensure all team members follow hospitality and care protocols
4. Sales Growth & Target Achievement
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets for treatments and skincare products
- Guide team on upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
- Implement campaigns and offers to drive business
5. Compliance & Protocol Management
- Ensure adherence to clinical hygiene, health & safety standards
- Monitor compliance with company SOPs, policies, and documentation
- Assist in internal audits and quality checks as per company protocols
6. Coordination & Scheduling
- Manage staff schedules, shift rotations, and leave planning
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Inventory for smooth operations
- Ensure client appointments are well-organized and clinic is adequately staffed
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the beauty/aesthetic/healthcare sector
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems
