Sales & Revenue:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive footfall and conversions.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Schedule and manage staff performance, appraisals, and disciplinary actions if necessary
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar leadership role (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven attitude
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
