Associate – Retail Banking Group (RBG)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Retail Banking Group (RBG) at BMA Capital Management. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar field. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in the financial markets and brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in opening and managing retail brokerage accounts.
• Provide support in executing trades and handling client queries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
• Educate and guide clients about brokerage products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience: 0 – 1 year in a brokerage house, retail banking, or financial services (internships will be a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build client trust.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for financial markets.
