International Sales Executive

About client:

A leading custom patch manufacturer offering embroidered, chenille, PVC, silicone, leather, vinyl, sublimation, puff, and Matflex patches along with keychains, challenge coins, and lapel pins for brands, teams, and organizations across North America and Europe.

Position: Sales & Support Agent:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international clients via live chat, email, and calls

Understand client requirements and provide accurate quotations and product info

Support customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales process

Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, design)

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or B2B sales preferred

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Self-motivated and responsible during night shifts

Strong customer service and communication skills

Location: PECHS, Karachi

Shift: Night Shift (Full-time, On-site)

Industry: Textile Manufacturing & Export

Experience: 3 to 5 years (Sales or Customer Support preferably international market)

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Company Strength: 20+

Work Mode: ONSITE

Working Days: Monday - Friday
