Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Block 13C) and Gulistan-e-Johar (Near Darul Sehat Hospital), Karachi

Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month + PKR 20,000 Monthly Incentives
Total Compensation: PKR 60,000 - PKR 65,000 monthly
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

• Option 1: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT
• Option 2: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT

Role Summary

Deliver premium customer support to global clients during night shifts from our Karachi offices. This role offers secured transport services and competitive compensation for professionals seeking growth in international customer support.

Core Responsibilities

• Resolve international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Build strong client relationships to boost customer retention
• Promote company products to global audiences
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements

• 1+ year of international customer service experience
• Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Availability for night shift schedules (6PM-2AM or 10PM-6AM PKT)
• Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Earnings Package

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month
