Branch Manager

Overview

Next Consultancy is a study abroad advisory based in the UK. We are looking to hire Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations and marketing efforts and outreach and assist in all administrative matters of the office

Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations

• Oversee and assist in the daily operations of the branches, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Handle escalated admissions inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Implement best practices to enhance student assessment, application success rates, and lead conversion.
• Identify and remove any barriers in the lead generation and admissions handling process.
• Ensure office decorum, system efficiency, and adherence to operational protocols.

2. Events & Community Engagement

• Organize and manage student engagement events such as seminars, webinars, expos, and in-house sessions.
• Handle information dissemination via WhatsApp and email to student communities and partners.
• Foster and grow a strong student and alumni community to enhance engagement and referral

3. Administrative Support

• Manage Administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and maintaining branch documentation
• Be First point of contact for partnership deals
• Assist in executing partnership deals and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required, and experience in international education, admissions, or student counselling is preferred.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
• Video Content: Comfortable facing camera and creating videos on counselling related topics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Event Management / Community Engagement: 1 year (Preferred)
• operations: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
