Position: Branch Manager

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Karachi branch’s day-to-day operations and manage a growing team.
• Drive performance, set KPIs, and ensure business growth.
• Deliver excellent client service while ensuring compliance with visa/education regulations.
• Manage financials, budgets, and reporting for the branch.
• Build strong relationships with students, institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Represent OEVS at education fairs, seminars, and community events.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in team leadership, business operations, and client services .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in the education/migration industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while leading a high-performing team.
