With the backing of seasoned professionals and a solid business plan, we’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial minded Branch Manager to lead our operations from the ground up.

Position Overview:

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for launching and leading all aspects of the supply house operation. From hiring and training the team, to building customer relationships, to managing inventory and overseeing daily operations, you'll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the business.

This is not just a management role—it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build, grow, and lead a successful mechanical supply company from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the launch of the supply house, including setup of operations, systems, staffing, and vendor accounts
  • Hire, train, and lead staff across sales, warehouse, and administrative roles
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and partners
  • Establish and maintain purchasing, inventory, and logistics processes
  • Drive sales strategy and customer outreach to establish a strong local market presence
  • Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and reporting
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and on-time delivery of products
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with local regulations
  • Work closely with ownership to align goals, set KPIs, and drive long-term growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the mechanical trades
  • Prior experience in a leadership, operations, or branch management role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Proficiency with business software (ERP systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved

Nice to Have:

  • Local market knowledge and existing industry relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
