The Role
We’re looking for a Website Manager to own and optimize our ecommerce experience from end to end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer experience—part analyst, part administrator, part storyteller. You’ll be responsible for making sure our website runs smoothly and delivers results: conversions, SEO-driven traffic, and an engaging, high-value experience for collectors.
You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, technology, and retail teams to ensure the site reflects new releases, promotions, community energy, and strategic goals. From data-informed UX improvements to hands-on updates, you’ll keep the digital front door of our business sharp, shoppable, and collector-friendly.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Website Ownership
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and performance metrics to inform design, content, and structure updates.
- Monitor SEO performance; implement strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with creative and technology to test and improve site layout, user flow, and content hierarchy for optimal conversion.
- Partner with marketing on seasonal or product-driven campaigns to ensure web alignment and performance.
- Stay up to date with ecommerce trends and collector behaviors to recommend new tools, features, or approaches.
Tactical Execution & Merchandising
- Maintain and update site content regularly, including homepage, product pages, and events.
- Manage product lifecycle on the site: selecting featured items, highlighting pre-release products, coordinating with inventory for timing and availability.
- Work with Inventory, ensure accuracy of product data (descriptions, pricing, metadata, categorization).
- Optimize product categorization, filtering, and on-site search to support discoverability and sales.
- Identify and execute ways to reinforce our breaking and live selling throughout the site
- Test and troubleshoot functionality and display issues across browsers and devices.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing and retail to ensure promotions, launches, and messaging are reflected on site.
- Manage with tech partners or developers on website updates, integrations, or performance issues.
- Lead asset acquisition and coordination with Creative to produce website banner updates regularly
- Manage content calendars and timelines for web updates, launches, and seasonal refreshes.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years experience managing ecommerce websites (preferably in consumer goods or collector-focused categories).
- Familiar with Shopify and headless setup; inventory management systems (Thrive), CMS and Rewards Programs platforms.
- Strong analytical skills—can interpret web performance data and act on insights.
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- A sharp eye for detail and design, with a practical understanding of user behavior and conversion best practices.
- Bonus: knowledge of the collectibles or trading card market; experience with integration of sweepstakes and lead generation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
