Pentagon Cafe located right on the beach front of Khorfakkan Corniche, an Emirati homegrown brand inspired by the warmth of local hospitality and the natural beauty of the UAE. Our mission is to serve exceptional coffee and food in spaces that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and true to our community.

The Khorfakkan branch as been operating 1.5 years and is now seeking a passionate and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Khorfakkan team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure every guest enjoys the Pentagon experience at its best.

*Key Responsibilities

Operations & Floor Management

  • Oversee the daily café operations to ensure smooth service and high standards across all shifts.
  • Maintain quality control over food, beverages, cleanliness, and customer experience.
  • Supervise staff performance, time management, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all Sharjah Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, update weekly & monthly inventory logs, order supplies, and monitor wastage to maintain cost efficiency.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold Pentagon Café’s values of warmth, consistency, and hospitality.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure communication between front- and back-of-house.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage.
  • Support continuous staff development through on-the-job training and constructive feedback.

Customer Experience

  • Act as the main point of contact for guests to ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly.
  • Uphold Pentagon Café’s commitment to providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
  • Maintain a calm and positive atmosphere during busy periods.

Administration & Reporting

  • Update daily sales reports and assist in achieving branch targets.
  • Coordinate with reporting management and head office on marketing activities, maintenance needs, and HR requirements.
  • Monitor and report on inventory, cash handling, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the café or F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license (required).
  • Understanding of specialty coffee and café operations is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Khorfakkan.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
