Branch Manager

Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch, including parcel sorting, loading, and delivery schedules. Monitor operational metrics such as delivery times, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff, including drivers, operation staff, and administrative staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance productivity and efficiency. Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork and high morale.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Financial Management: Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and financial performance against targets. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and integrity in parcel handling and delivery processes. Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and maximize service reliability. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold service quality standards.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in branch management or operations management, preferably in the courier or logistics industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Sound knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation principles. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking, reporting, and analysis. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
