Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring operational efficiency.
Reviews, analyses, prepares and delivers periodic (monthly, half year, and yearly) performance reviews for all team members of the branch. This includes driving the performance within related key performance areas through periodic revision of concerned KPI’s and action plans as needed.
Lead and develop a high-performing teams
Develop sales strategies, support the sales team, manage fleet sales, and drive business development in the region.
Oversee equipment inventory, scheduling, procurement, maintenance, and efficient delivery/pickup.
Build strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and clients, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction.
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Manage the overall branch requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8- 10 years of heavy equipment sales experience
Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
Strong knowledge of product and market
Sound financial awareness and business acumen
Relationship Management Skills
Written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
