To arrange branch level activities to generate more walk-insTo motivate sales team, add-value to each sale by promoting GAP Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, etcTo think out of the box & be creative in enhancing showroom operations, sales & walk-insTo ensure sales executives create lead for all enquiries & follows up to generating maximum sales (Including G-CMU Leads)To ensure quality and accurate data is captured by his team membersTo ensure mystery shopping targets are achieved- To live AAC Core Values - I ntegrity, C ommitment, A dding Value & N ever being Satisfied
KPI:
To ensure team / branch achieves KPI’s set by the management

CS Management Role:
To deliver consistent high Customer Satisfaction to build strong Nissan/Infiniti Brand
To ensure monthly CS scores of all SSI attributes are achievedTo find out the root cause of VOC/Complains of customers from all the sources & implement corrective action planTo monitor & guide individual Sales Executives on their SSI attributes scoreTo implement best practices within AACO as well as those of competitors
Administration Role:
To lead, motivate & guide individual sales executives in achieving their targets
To ensure punctuality of staff and discipline of the Showroom is maintainedTo submit all branch reports on time
Finance/ Risk Management Role/Vehicle Storage:
To ensure cost management
To ensure all bank documents are submitted on timeTo ensure the issuance of custom papers & Traffic Letters are controlledTo ensure vehicles are not delivered prior to registration and cheque clearanceTo perform stock taking at the beginning of every month and random stock taking during the monthTo ensure all vehicles on showroom display have tyre pressure inflated to 43 PSI as per Nissan storage manualTo ensure vehicles are not registered before physical receipt from logistics or branches
Marketing and Communication Role
To build good PR with Govt depts to promote retail sales through different activities like visiting Majlis etc
To coordinate with the marketing department to implement branch marketing activitiesTo maintain showroom ambience and brand visual identity as per Nissan StandardsTo ensure all staff members are informed about the communications from the Head Office
Learning & Development Role :
To ensure all sales executives have adequate knowledge & skills to perform their jobs
To nominate Sales Executives ongoing training as per their needs to enhance their skills & knowledgeTo ensure all the sales executives attend their respective training programsTo carry out Annual Appraisal of the Sales Executives as per their KPI performance
Process Compliance Role :
To ensure branch Internal Process compliance to following
NSSW/DPR Compliance

Educational Qualification:
University /College graduate with 3-5 years' experience in new cars distributorship or related industry, selling large sales volume/ model line-up
Work Experience:
Presentable, dynamic, assertive and able to work under pressure
Leadership skills (plan, organize, Direct and implement) and able to lead and motivate a large sales team good communication skillFluent in English (spoken & written), Arabic language would be a distinct advantageProficiency in MS office, Oracle software background is an advantage
