What This Role Looks Like

This is a leadership role responsible for running a branch location of The Vine Landscaping. You will oversee daily operations, manage crews, run estimates, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently, correctly, and profitably.

This role is a mix of operations, sales, and leadership — you are the person responsible for making sure the branch performs.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Running 3–5 estimates per day
• Managing crew schedules and production
• Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to standard
• Communicating with clients and resolving issues
• Tracking performance and hitting branch goals

Base Salary: $45,000/year

Bonus Opportunities: Up to $15,000/year based on branch performance

Your Responsibilities

• Run daily operations for the branch
• Perform in-person estimates and close jobs
• Manage and lead crews in the field
• Ensure jobs meet company standards for quality and efficiency
• Schedule work and coordinate logistics
• Train and develop crew members
• Maintain equipment accountability and job site organization
• Communicate with clients and handle service concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurance eligibility required)
• Must qualify to be added to company insurance
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, and running crews
• Experience in job management and scheduling
• Experience in sales or running estimates preferred
• Ability to drive truck and trailer
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and lead by example
• Age 21+ if driving company vehicles (insurance requirement)
• Reliable, accountable, and performance-driven
