Balladiya is at the heart of Doha’s automotive services, and at Voltauto Assistance & Services Qatar, we bring excellence and reliability to every roadside support call. We provide fast, professional assistance for breakdowns, towing, and vehicle emergencies. We are looking for a Branch Manager who can take full ownership of our branch operations. You aren’t just managing staff; you are defining the standard of service. You will lead a talented team of technicians, tow operators, and dispatchers, ensuring both operational efficiency and outstanding customer experiences. You are the bridge between strategic business goals and day-to-day operations, keeping the team aligned and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Balladiya branch, including technicians, tow operators, and dispatch staff.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to maximize performance and professional growth.
• Monitor and improve customer service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage branch budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Ensure fleet and equipment are maintained, safe, and ready for operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• 5+ years in operations management or branch leadership, preferably in automotive services, roadside assistance, or fleet operations.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and improve processes.

Customer Focus:

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Analytical & Organizational Skills:

• Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, schedules, and reports.

Mindset:

• Pragmatic and results-driven, knowing when to push for improvements versus making timely decisions.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
