Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to handle daily retail operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service in our bakery outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations (sales, staff, customer service)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitability
• Supervise and train staff (sales team, cashiers, helpers)
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and display standards
• Handle inventory, stock control, and wastage reduction
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and company policies compliance
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with production and supply chain
• Manage billing accuracy and cash handling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years retail experience (bakery/food preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of POS & Excel
