Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to manage daily retail operations, enhance sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service standards at our bakery outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch operations, including sales, staff supervision, and customer service
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining branch profitability
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members including sales staff, cashiers, and support personnel
• Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and attractive display presentation
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene protocols, and company policies
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly operational reports
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accuracy in billing processes and oversee cash handling activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably within the bakery or food sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Excel
