Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-driven Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, support team development, and help deliver exceptional experiences to our members. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys coaching others, and has a strong understanding of financial institution operations and member service.

What You’ll Do

As Branch Manager, you will oversee the branch's day-to-day operations while supporting staff development, member satisfaction, and branch growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to create a motivated and high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional member service through efficient and professional branch operations
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Assist in resolving complex member service or account concerns
  • Maintain branch security procedures and support staff training on security protocols
  • Serve as a backup to frontline operations, including teller functions, new accounts, and loan support as needed
  • Foster a strong sales and service culture focused on relationship building and sound business practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution required
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial institution operations, products, and services
  • Experience in consumer lending and loan processing preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly

Pay: $58,240.00 - $70,720.00 per year
