Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager for our bakery business in Phalia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning, maintaining product quality, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including production, sales, inventory, and customer service
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the branch as per SOPs
• Monitor overall branch performance and implement improvement strategies

Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive daily sales targets and improve branch revenue
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain hygiene, product display, and overall branch presentation

Staff Management

• Manage, supervise, and motivate branch staff
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing
• Train staff on service standards, hygiene, and operational procedures

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products
• Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse for timely replenishment
• Control wastage, pilferage, and operational expenses

Quality & Hygiene Compliance

• Ensure bakery products meet quality and freshness standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards as per company policies

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily sales, expense, and stock reports
• Coordinate with head office/management regarding branch performance

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of bakery or food retail operations
• Basic accounting and reporting knowledge
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Qualification & Experience

• Education: BA / FA
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery, food retail, or FMCG operations
• Prior experience as Branch Manager / Supervisor in food industry will be preferred
