Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager, located in Sargodha. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff performance, and maintain a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, coordinating with department heads, ensuring compliance with company policies, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimal branch performance. The role also requires preparing performance reports and addressing operational challenges with effective solutions.
