As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our café locations and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the café branch.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding performance and service.
• Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Track sales performance, manage expenses, and support profitability targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare regular operational and sales reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Café Manager, Operations Supervisor, or similar role within a coffee shop or café environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
• Open to all nationalities.
• Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
