Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Supervise receptionists and front desk executives
- Ensure professional patient greeting, registration, and guidance
- Manage appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and treatment staff
- Handle patient inquiries (walk-in, calls, WhatsApp, social media leads)
- Ensure accurate patient records, consent forms, and billing details
- Handle patient complaints at front desk level and escalate when required
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and customer-service standards at front desk
Sales & Coordination Duties:
- Explain treatments, packages, and promotions to patients
- Ensure proper conversion of inquiries into consultations
- Coordinate with marketing and branch manager for campaigns and deals
- Track daily appointment, conversion, and cancellation reports
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure daily cash closing and billing accuracy
- Maintain front desk registers, logs, and reports
- Train new front desk staff on SOPs and customer handling
- Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area
Authority:
- Front desk staff supervision and task assignment
- Appointment and schedule management
- Initial patient issue handling
