Branch Manager/ Front Desk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow
  • Supervise receptionists and front desk executives
  • Ensure professional patient greeting, registration, and guidance
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, and treatment staff
  • Handle patient inquiries (walk-in, calls, WhatsApp, social media leads)
  • Ensure accurate patient records, consent forms, and billing details
  • Handle patient complaints at front desk level and escalate when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
  • Maintain discipline, grooming, and customer-service standards at front desk

Sales & Coordination Duties:

  • Explain treatments, packages, and promotions to patients
  • Ensure proper conversion of inquiries into consultations
  • Coordinate with marketing and branch manager for campaigns and deals
  • Track daily appointment, conversion, and cancellation reports

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure daily cash closing and billing accuracy
  • Maintain front desk registers, logs, and reports
  • Train new front desk staff on SOPs and customer handling
  • Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area

Authority:

  • Front desk staff supervision and task assignment
  • Appointment and schedule management
  • Initial patient issue handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
