The Branch Manager is responsible for managing overall branch operations, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom. This role involves leadership of the branch team, achievement of sales targets, execution of marketing campaigns, and maintaining operational excellence in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team.
2. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily functioning of the showroom including product displays, stock availability, billing, and customer service.
- Ensure smooth execution of delivery, logistics, and after-sales service.
- Maintain showroom standards in terms of cleanliness, ambience, and visual merchandising.
3. Team Leadership & HR Functions
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales consultants, executives, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings, assign daily/weekly targets, and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper training and skill development of staff.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline as per company policy.
4. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalated complaints and queries.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Uphold Sabhan Furniture’s brand values in customer interactions.
5. Marketing & Promotions
- Implement marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional activities planned by the corporate office.
- Coordinate with the Retail Marketing Manager for local advertising and campaigns.
- Track effectiveness of campaigns and share feedback with management.
6. Financial Management
- Monitor branch expenses, operational costs, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and proper handling of cash and accounts.
- Prepare branch performance reports for submission to the General Manager.
7. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure branch adherence to company policies, processes, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to branch operations.
- Ensure safety of staff, customers, and inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
