Branch Manager- PECHS Branch

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and service standards.

· Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

· Ensure timely order processing and quality checks before dispatch.

· Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and deliveries.

· Coordinate with delivery riders for on-time pickups and drop-offs.

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet.

· Satisfying all permanent and new clients to increase retention rate.

· Managing and dealing with all associated vendors.

· Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years experience in laundry operations is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently with a hands-on attitude.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
