Job Description:

A men’s clothing brand is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and a solid understanding of clothing, fabrics and retail trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management and stock control
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation
• 2–3 years of experience in retail management or similar role
• Good understanding of men’s clothing, fabrics, and sizing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
• Professional and presentable personality
