Ridge Coffee House is opening soon in Bahrain Financial Harbour, and we are looking for a highly capable Branch Manager to lead the store from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run the entire operation end-to-end.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be fully responsible for all daily operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, inventory, accounting oversight, supplier coordination, and overall branch performance. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Store Management

  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness, order, and operational standards
  • Ensure smooth customer flow and high service quality
  • Handle customer concerns and maintain guest satisfaction

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, manage, and motivate staff
  • Prepare weekly schedules and manage shift allocations
  • Monitor performance and ensure staff follow SOPs
  • Conduct ongoing coaching and development

Inventory & Supply Management

  • Manage stock levels and inventory control
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
  • Track usage, wastage, and control COGS
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and compliance with hygiene standards

Finance & Administrative Duties

  • Daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting
  • Oversee petty cash, expenses, and supplier invoices
  • Coordinate with the head office on monthly accounts
  • Monitor branch profitability and operational KPIs

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed
  • Implement company standards, recipes, and brand guidelines
  • Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of coffee shop operations
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong knowledge of inventory, ordering, and basic accounting
  • Organized, responsible, and hands-on personality
  • Fluent in English
