Sales Manager – Calicut (ZGP)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals.
  • Manage the sales team and track their performance through defined KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Oversee branch operational activities and report to the head office.

KPI – Sales Manager:

  • Sales Target Achievement – Self
  • Maintaining the Conversion % at Par – Self
  • Achieving Client Meeting Targets – Self
  • Achieving Cross Promotion Targets – Self
  • Maintain Nil Pending Follow-ups – Self
  • Maintaining the CQ Scores
  • Maintaining the Audit Scores and KPI Metrics at Par
  • Maintaining the Discount % at Par
  • Maintaining the Same Day and Full Payments tractions

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years in sales management.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
  • Preferred Language: Malayalam (priority), English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
