Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Branch Manager to lead and develop our sales operations in Riyadh. This role is critical to the success of our sales team and branch performance, with a strong focus on customer relationships, technical product knowledge, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a mechanical engineering background and proven sales leadership experience in the heat exchanger industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the branch's sales representatives, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and strategic plans to drive branch success.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned region.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to resource for radiator, condenser, and heat exchanger solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets through a proactive approach and deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering ongoing follow up and support to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Utilise Odoo's Sales App to manage leads, opportunities, and track your sales performance (a big bonus if you are already proficient in Odoo).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience-in the industrial or radiator sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Odoo is highly preferable, particularly in using the Odoo Sales App to streamline processes and maximise results.
  • A dynamic, proactive personality with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to close deals in high pressure situations.
  • Professional presentation skills, capable of representing ZMD with confidence and credibility.
