About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead market development for a global manufacturer of advanced piping and press-fitting systems in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on driving project-based sales, managing key relationships with consultants and contractors, and growing market share across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

You will combine engineering knowledge with strong sales and project management skills, helping to position the company as a preferred solutions partner in the local construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for piping and press-fitting systems across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and manage relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end clients.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle — from design specification through procurement, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver tailored system solutions and brand-building initiatives.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (required)

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the Saudi market.
  • Proven record of selling technically complex industrial or construction products.
  • Prior experience with manufacturers or OEMs (not traders).
  • Background in any of the following industries is ideal:
  • Piping and press-fitting systems (e.g., mechanical piping solutions)
  • Pumps/valves
  • HVAC and mechanical systems

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
